Refund Guarantee
I. Eligibility for Refunds
Users may request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving the merchandise (based on the logistics delivery confirmation timestamp).
Merchandise must remain in brand-new condition, including—but not limited to—being unworn, unwashed, free of stains or damage, and free of odors, with all tags and original packaging intact.
In cases involving product quality issues (e.g., damage, significant color discrepancies, manufacturing defects, etc.), users are entitled to request a full refund or a product exchange.
For returns requested due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect sizing, dissatisfaction with the style, etc.), the return shipping costs shall be borne by the user.
II. Situations Ineligible for Refunds/Returns
Custom-made suits (including bespoke tailoring and personalized alterations) are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a quality-related defect.
Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or subjected to artificial damage is not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund/return requests submitted more than 7 days after receipt of the merchandise will not be accepted.
III. Refund Process
Users must first submit a refund request via the customer service portal on this website, providing their order number and a detailed explanation (including supporting photos where necessary).
Once the request has been reviewed and approved by customer service, the return shipping address and return instructions will be provided.
Users are required to ship the merchandise within 3 days of receiving approval and must provide the corresponding shipping tracking number.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise and verifying that it meets all eligibility criteria, this website will process the refund within 3–7 business days.
IV. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used by the user.
If the original payment method is no longer available, an alternative refund method will be arranged in consultation with the user.

VI. Important Notes
Please do not ship returns using “Cash on Delivery” (COD) or “Freight Collect” services; otherwise, this website reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return merchandise to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
In the event that the merchandise is damaged or lost during the return shipping process, the sender shall bear full responsibility.
